In this project, we supported Kolonne Null — one of Europe’s leading producers of premium non-alcoholic wines — with a full-scale Shopify development, conversion optimization, and ongoing maintenance setup.

The brand’s goal was to create a fast, conversion-focused e-commerce experience that reflects their high design standards and supports both DTC growth and international expansion.

Our approach was to rebuild their Shopify store with a modular, performance-driven structure — enabling better product discovery, seamless mobile UX, and flexibility for editorial storytelling. Alongside, we implemented analytics-based CRO improvements and set up a streamlined maintenance flow to keep performance strong long-term.
