In this project, we teamed up with Roy Kombucha — Berlin’s leading craft kombucha brand — to optimize their e-commerce platform with a fresh, functional Shopify setup.

The goal was to streamline the shopping experience and support the brand’s rapid growth with a flexible, scalable backend. Objectives included improving performance, simplifying the customer journey, and ensuring smooth integration with fulfillment and marketing tools.
