We partnered with Green City Development GmbH, who strategises, develops, and operates complex real estate projects — turning former industrial areas into high-yield Innovation Districts and ecosystems.

The goal was a website that explains this clearly and credibly: what GCD does, how they work, and what they’ve built — without losing the character of the brand. Structure, readability, and a system that makes future updates straightforward were key.

Our approach was system-led: clearer information architecture, a refined UI language, and page templates built for consistency across services, team, and projects. The build focused on performance, maintainability, and a clean publishing flow so the site stays current as new projects and content are added.
